Prepare the camera
- Read the configured RTSP port rather than assuming the web-login port.
- Choose videoSub or videoMain for video; the audio path carries no video.
Model and service limits
- The FAQ describes port 88 for many cameras and port 554 exceptions including C1 and FI9816P. Confirm the hardware revision.
- No physical camera has been tested in CameraViewer. Manufacturer documentation does not establish app compatibility.
