App compatibility: not physically tested. These notes describe manufacturer documentation. They do not verify playback, audio, camera movement or recording access in CameraViewer.

Connection details to check

Documented connection: RTSP
Credentials: Use the parameters presented by the RTSP/NAS setup. The cited FAQ does not define a universal RTSP username or password.

Prepare the camera

Look for Camera Settings > General > Storage > RTSP/NAS.
For the documented NAS setup, keep HomeBase and NAS on the same router and check the HomeBase address.

Model and service limits

The FAQ describes motion-triggered NAS clips and live feed during connection testing. It does not promise an always-available camera stream.
No physical camera has been tested in CameraViewer. Manufacturer documentation does not establish app compatibility.
